Sorry no photo but confirmed by looking at other photos. The Heron was perched on a log in the marsh about 100 yard of the bayside marina on the cross island pkwy. It seemed to be protecting something. As I got closer to take a picture with my phone, it took off. When I passed the sight on my way back, it was perched on the same log
