Just retuned home and worried the birds would be gone with empty feeders but the Tree Swallows are flying in and out and making a throaty sounds, cool sounding had to look twice to see who made it

Hit the window trying to get breakfast, landed on the deck. Must be why I had to pick up 3 dead Redpolls in the last two days. Wish it would take the dead ones.
In for a quick feed then back and forth in smaller numbers

Call from my daughter saying there were 4 partridge in her yard eating on the ground, not sure if they were male or female, she has also seen numerous Robins and Waxwings in the Grandview area, St. Albert
