I think this is a pretty rare sighting for my area....I spotted him at my thistle feeder. It definately was a pine grosbeak, the size coloring, tail bars, and everything matched up. I was able to study him through my binoculors for about five minutes. I'm not positive if it might have been a juvenille male or full adult male.....
