Long Island Lake Park
| About | It's a small lake about 15mins from Jarvie. It has lots of marsh area and trees, so lots of different types of birds hang out there. It's much better in the spring, summer and fall. |
| Notable birds | Spruce Grouse, Solitary Sandpiper, Evening Grosbeaks and lots of shore birds I haven't identified yet. |
| Travel | Take the Cross Lake Provincial Park road at Dapp corner and watch for the signs about 15 to 20 mins. |
